The Republic Day 2025 ceremony will be held at the Institute Gymkhana Ground on Sunday, the 26th January, 2025.

| 08:55 am | Director's arrival at the Gymkhana Ground |
| 09.00 am | The Director hoists the National flag General Salute National Anthem by IIT Students |
| 09.05 am | March - past by N.C.C. Cadets, Guides, Cub, Bulbul troupes from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Campus School and Security Staff of the Institute |
| 09.25 am | Address by the Director |
| 09:30 am | Awards and Merit certificates distribution for outstanding performance of staff & students, by the director and guest of honor (Prize distribution for the drawing competition will be done at School) |
| 09:50 am to 09:55 am | Speech by the Guest of honor |
| 09:55 am to 10:10 am | Programme by children of Aman Day Care Centre |
| 10:10 am to 10:27 am | Programme by students of Campus School |
| 10:27 am to 10:42 am | Programme by students of Kendriya Vidyalaya |
| 10:42 am to 10:57 am | Programme by IIT Bombay Students |
