IIT Bombay is organizing the Teacher's Day programme on Friday, September 4, 2026 at 3.00 pm.

Dr. B.V.R. Mohan Reddy, Padma Shri awardee, Founder Chairman and Board Member, Cyient Group; Chairman, Board of Governors, IIT Hyderabad and NIT Warangal, will be the Chief Guest on the occasion.

List of awards to be conferred on Teachers' Day includes:

• Prof. S.P. Sukhatme Award for Excellence in Teaching 
• Presentation of the Institute Academic Prizes to students
