The Nanostructured Functional Materials Laboratory, along with a faculty cabin, was inaugurated in the MEMS Department on February 12, 2025. The Head of the Department (HOD), MEMS led the inauguration ceremony.

The newly established lab, under the supervision of Prof. Abhijeet L. Sangle, is located on the department's second floor. This facility aims to enhance research and innovation in nanostructured functional materials.
