Semiconductor fundamentals. Device structure, semiconductor processing. pn junction Diffusion theory. Diodes, LEDs.  Schottky barriers. Ohmic contacts, Bipolar transistor – Models, Si/Si-dioxide Interface. MOS Capacitor. MOSFET.   Device Characteristics. Scaling semiconductor packaging
