We are organizing an international conference on "Electronic structure theory of emergent spin orbit driven phenomenon (ESTESODP)" to be held at IIT Bombay from 11-15 November, 2024 in offline mode.

We will host a workshop in the first two days of the conference where the emphasis will be given on the methodology, advancements in density functional theory based electronic structure calculations.

The conference is jointly organized by IIT Bombay and Uppsala University, Sweden.

The conference will be tentatively focusing on the following area:

(b)   Magnetism

(c)   Spintronics

(d)   Spin transport

(e)   Energy materials

(f)    2D materials
